We are looking for Business Finance Process Expert - Operations

Location & commitments:
  • Full-time job
  • Open-ended contract after 3 months probation period
  • Hybrid job model (Warsaw office in Konstruktorska street)
Hiring Manager: ELISABETH PLOQUIN

Responsibilities:
  • Be a Key User for latest market technology SAP S4 HANA ERP.
  • Drive an implementation of new standard processes deployment for SAP S4 HANA.
  • Coordinate with rest of Finance Transformation Leaders and global Project Management Office tools deployment in cross organizations and competency center.
  • Lead Transformation execution for new processes & tools, deployment in between Business Finance Competency Centers and Accounting team.
  • Ensure tools change adoption and consistency to deliver efficiency. Track/monitor progress through tangible KPIs. Follow-up actions plans and escalate when needed.
  • Be a part of Continuous Improvements actions implementation across organizations/entities related to DFL (SAP S4 HANA ERP).
  • Working on a business root cause analytics and issue resolution, by a successful changed management.
  • Ensure support (whenever needed) " in-entity " organizations in order to implement transformation aiming at standardizing processes, adopting new tools.
  • Manage Knowledge materials for Business Finance Centers and train Business Finance Competency Centers teams related to DFL tool.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in finance & performance systems
  • Experienced in financial management and performance systems in a Multinational Corporate with multi-businesses working across multiple ERP platforms
  • Proven track record in driving standardization and operational efficiency in international context, in international business transformation and change management projects. Strong adaptability and project mindset to ensure projects plan and execution.
  • Strong interpersonal & leadership skills with personal confidence to quickly build credibility, respect and rapport with finance and business partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought and ability to translate complex raw data into simple, powerful and easy to communicate key messages & insights
  • Passion for continuous improvements
  • IT skills: SAP & BI tools knowledge as well as advanced knowledge Excel
  • Attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies
  • Strong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders
