The Digital Energy teams are in the process of building out our Ecostruxure capabilities and looking for talent with a passion for helping Schneider Electric achieve its broader Digitization aspirations.

The Global Predictive Hub is one of the pillars of Digital Services execution and a key resource in delivering added value to our customers. It is a highly visible organization at the forefront of Schneider Electric IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) and Digitization initiatives.

We are looking for Connected Services Hub Predictive Analysts who can combine their deep technical expertise and passion for customers, with the ability to leverage Ecostruxure Asset Advisor for Electrical Distribution and Ecostruxure Power Advisor, to improve the performance and reliability of customer's electrical systems, and to improve the power the quality.

Responsibilities of the Connected Services Hub Predictive Analyst:

• Interprets and contextualizes results of platform analytics and algorithms
• Interacts with a network of Subject Matter Experts for advanced support in data analysis
• Extracts meaningful insights from the data flows
• Identifies maintenance recommendations of short-term palliative actions, and medium / long improvements
• Tracks health of assets, including condition-based analytics, informs connected customers and adjusts maintenance plans accordingly
• Creates consultancy summary reports highlighting the value of the EAA ED offer, shares these reports with connected customers during remote sessions, and provides explanations and direction
• Regularly interacts with customers and provides remote troubleshooting (e.g. phone, chat, email, etc.) as needed
• Collects data, on site or remotely, using remote IT tools
• Creates the site hierarchy, analyzes the data quality and electrical health
• Runs Power Advisor analytics and prepares custom reports for customers
• Contacts customers and the sales team and proposes mitigation solutions. Interact with support teams to get the customer issue resolved
• Acts based on customer requests to create cases, initiates work order creation to dispatch Field Services and/or engages Sales for service or product quotations
• Leverages the recommendations and reports conclusions to generate opportunities of Pull Through business

Qualifications of the CSH Predictive Analyst:



The CSH Predictive Agent:

• Possesses the ability to process predictive / condition-based analysis of data
• Possesses an excellent understanding of Electrical distribution, for both Power and Industry domains
• Basic knowledge on meters, relays, gateways and power management systems.

The CSH Predictive Analyst must have proven track records of:

• Providing excellent customer service and must possess a customer focused mindset
• Effective communication (written/oral/reading/listening), with a perfect command of English language and preferably with knowledge of French language
• Ability to keep relevant stakeholders informed and build network of relationships that would aid in business development

Must have:

• Minimum four years technical degree, or relevant experience in the field of electrical systems, engineering, power system
• Experience with electrical distribution systems
• The ability to influence and convince
• The ability to effectively manage time and remain organized across multiple activities along with an attention to detail
• Curiosity and interest in new knowledge in various domains
• Solid Technical Report writing capabilities

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with database tools such as MSSQL
• Experience in commissioning and maintenance: installation, configuration, customization, upgrade, trouble shooting and maintenance
• Proficient in Power Systems: electrical distribution networks, operation, electrical faults and phenomenon
• Proficient in Power Quality: Voltage fluctuation, voltage disturbances, harmonics, PQ standards. Understand root cause of phenomena and potential impacts on power systems and loads
• Understand mitigation PQ solutions: Power Factor correction, harmonics filtering, Voltage regulation solutions
