We are currently seeking a PLM Sens Support Manager, reporting directly to Manager PLM Systems to join our Transversal Operational Excellence Platform team based in Paris, Nanterre.

About the mission we offer you:
  • Interact with Business stakeholders to organize and manage the backlog (enhancements / new functions / new modules) based on Business roadmap and priorities.


  • Analyze and coordinate incidents resolution in a proper delay and escalate to proper Digital Governance.


  • Expedite technical teams for incidents resolution and requests completion.


  • Ensure Support Teams are following the Support process and split of responsibilities. Manage the RACI.


  • Coordinate any Digital projects/initiatives related to PLM Sens:
  • Upgrade PLM version
  • Search Engine" Tool
  • Ensure CI/CD process is aligned with eProject process and automate as much as possible. Currently Inensia is charge of it
  • Implement automated tests
  • Coordinate to ensure a proper log management process is in place for the interfaces between ARAS and MDM/PeopleConnect; etc.


  • Manage common and specific PLM Sens KPIs to share with Management.


  • Support ITO to setup Power BI reporting for SNOW and ADO (today Safe Portal for Sens) KPIs for PLM Sens and eProject (L2/L3 performance, etc.).


  • Monitor PLM Sens and ensure its good performance. Support ITO to have proper setup of AppInsight for PLM Sens and eProject. Reporting will be needed.


  • Implement user monitoring management, to have historical information of unique connections and named users along the year.


  • Coordinate with Digital Cloud Team and Business the migration from current Azure infrastructure to the target one (defined by Cloud Architecture Team).


  • Review Backlog with PLM Solution Architect.


  • Report all L2 Support activities linked to Digiteam processes.


  • Manage BUILD and RUN backlog in Agile.


  • Manage Agile scrum ceremonies (including Poker meetings).


  • Support Digital Team for Release Change Management (SNOW change creation and GCAB meeting participation).


  • Share technical (IT) communication (regional / global).


  • Ensure Support and Technical Teams create, develop, and maintain up to date PLM Sens documentation.


  • Collect, Organize and Share feedbacks and requests from Business Departments.


About you:

Qualifications:

Education level:

Degree in Computer Science, or similar field, ARAS Innovator Essentials training completed

Work experience:
  • 2+ years experience supporting ARAS PLM initiatives
  • Prior experience in a technical and functional interaction and leadership on support activities
  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments (CI/CD).
  • Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum with all its artifacts and techniques (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).


Languages : English: written & spoken.

  • Having coordination, analysis, communication, and training skills.
  • Well organized and able to prioritize workload in line with tight deadlines.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to deal effectively with ambiguity/changing priorities.
