For our client, a company specializing in providing technological solutions in the energy sector, including engines, power systems, and the development of sustainable technologies for the maritime and energy industries, we are recruiting for the position of: process control engineer.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop system design for customized (external) control systems.
• Prepare design basis in alignment with project requirements and objectives.
• Actively participate in project (P&ID / HAZOP / Design) reviews and other relevant meetings.
• Create detailed design documentation: block diagram, signal list, technical specification, functional design specification, cause and effect diagram, interface lists
• Prepare Technical Specifications, Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
• Review and verify technical bids.
• Review and verify supplier documentation.
• Coordinate technical information between project and suppliers.
• Verify that equipment and systems are assembled and delivered according to technical specifications.
• Participate in FAT.
• Give input to Commissioning procedure and participate in Commissioning / Gas Trials/Test Runs when needed.
• Ensure that projects operate in line with defined discipline work procedures and methods.
• Actively contribute to continuous development of discipline work activities and methods, and documentation (procedures & templates).

Our requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. (Eng) / M.Sc. (Eng) Control / Automation / Process / Cybernetics Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in designing and implementing control systems.
• Strong knowledge of engineering documentation and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of control systems architecture, software and hardware design
• Fluent English language skills, both verbally and written.
