We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contract development, negotiation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure contractual obligations are met while mitigating risks and maximizing commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while optimizing cost and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and legal departments to align contracts with business objectives.
• Monitor contract performance, manage amendments, and resolve disputes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, engineering, or a related field.
• 8 years of contract management experience in industrial, Oil & Gas, or chemical industries.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and ERP systems.
