đź“‹ Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert WHS advice and promote safety across projects.
- Monitor and analyze WHS data, incidents, and trends.
- Conduct audits, safety inspections, and risk workshops.
- Support managers with Chemical Management (Chemalert) and incident investigations.
- Deliver WHS training sessions for staff and contractors.
- Maintain WHS system documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 years of infield experience in mining and/or construction.
- Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum).
- ICAM (or similar) investigation certification.
- Experience with WHS management systems (ISO 45001), Aconex, and SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
