Designation :- Brownfield Interface Operations Supervisor
Job Purpose : - Provide leadership during scoping visits and/or Brownfield Execution activities on Wellhead Platform (WHP) and Riser Platform (RP) facilities as the designated Person in Charge (PIC) during both normal and emergency situations. Act as Operational focal point during Brownfield (BF) execution, as the OESS operations representative on-board (support vessel, JUB, platform) during these activities whie also providing assistance to the team with isolation and associated zero energy preparation/execution activities.
Job Context & Major Challenge(s) :-
• Key member of the Offshore Incident Response team.
• Major challenge is ensuring both the safety and integrity of the work party, during BrownField execution and emergency situations.
• Leading teams during Brownfield Offshore execution activities. This may involve extended periods staying onboard JUB or support vessels.
• The position holder requires a strong cultural awareness with adaptability to multinational environment and wide exposure to various cultures and customs.
• Act as single point of contact offshore for all isolation related execution activities and be the primary interface between Operations and the Brownfield execution Party.
• Provide support to PMT / OESS with execution of key RFSU deliverables including workpack reviews, SIMOPS reviews, PSSR, etc.
• Communicate with Brownfield PTW Coordinator on next day’s permits for authorization ensuring no conflicts with any relevant (new) standing Instructions or operational situations.
• Work a 28/28-day rotation sequence, within a 12-hour shift cycle in offshore with presence in an outdoor work environment, working at high elevation, with physical duties covering a wide range of facilities.

Person Specification – Minimum Requirements
Qualification :- Completion of secondary School followed by a relevant vocational training program.
Knowledge and/or Experience
• 7 years’ operator experience with 3 years’ experience as a Senior Operator within oil and gas industry.
• Experience in all aspects of production equipment and control systems, including facility start up.
• Technical exposure in the designated process area including experience with PTW system.

Key Job Accountabilities
- Ensure compliance with company’s Safety, Health and Environment and Quality policies, regulations and standards. Prepare Safety plans and work schedules to ensure effectiveproject completion
- Implement and uphold the company’s health, safety and environment requirements throughout project execution.
- Review EPCI deliverables and Safety study reports to support the development of the Project HSE Plans and Procedures
- Participate in design and HSE reviews (DRA, HAZOPs, HAZIDs, risk assessments) and verify related risk and reliability, Construction/installation issues are closed out.
- Supports PMT on Roadshows with Operations (Offshore/Subsea) ensure the Safety scope, challenges and support from Operations are clearly captured.
- Contribute to the development a ‘Proactive Safety Culture’ during pipeline construction and offshore installation activity in which safety leadership and values drive continuous improvement and creates an environment of trust, transparency and genuine care for people.
- Provide oversight and guidance for HSE / regulatory compliance / performance during the Damaged Sleeper repair including the DSV operations.
