✅ Operational Oversight
- Supervise daily drilling activities across multiple rigs.
- Ensure adherence to drilling programs, procedures, and company objectives.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and optimize drilling performance.
- Enforce safety policies, industry regulations, and company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
- Conduct safety meetings and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (e.g., OSHA, API, local authorities).
- Work with drilling engineers to plan well programs and optimize drilling strategies.
- Ensure proper execution of casing, cementing, and well control operations.
- Monitor drilling parameters, costs, and performance metrics.
- Manage rig supervisors, toolpushers, and drilling crews.
- Communicate with vendors, service providers, and logistics teams.
- Provide technical guidance and training to field personnel.
- Monitor drilling costs and ensure operations stay within budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Address equipment failures, hole stability issues, and unexpected well conditions.
- Implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and risks.
- Experience: 10 years in drilling operations, with supervisory experience.
- Education: Degree in Engineering (preferred) or extensive field experience.
- Certifications: Well Control (IWCF/IADC), HSE training, industry-specific certifications.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making.
