We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong sense of business/market development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Your primary responsibility is to ensure the growth of our business.
• You’ll identify and pursue new sales opportunities, approaching prospects with a value-added mindset.
• Demonstrating your ability to sell solutions, you’ll address complex customer requirements.
• Craft and execute a sales strategy, including market analysis, customer mapping, and customized action plans.
• Act as an advisor, offering sustainable and optimized transport packaging solutions and services.
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Work closely with other teams—engineering, sourcing, customer service, and manufacturing.
• Accurately forecast distribution and volume targets, managing the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
• Ideally, you hold a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Packaging, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field). Equivalent experience is also considered.
• You bring B2B full-cycle sales experience, preferably in a multinational context. This includes both hunting for new customers and managing key accounts.
• A minimum of 5 years in sales, particularly within packaging, manufacturing, or logistics, is preferred. Project management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with key customer segments (such as Automotive, Semiconductor, Healthcare, Batteries, or Telecom & Datacom) is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English, Chinese is a big advantage.
