JOB DESCRIPTION

About The Role :

As a reminder, the VIE program is strictly reserved for applicants aged between 18 and 28 who are French or European nationals, in accordance with current regulations.

Advise and guide teams on E&C-related issues on a day-to-day basis (including but not limited to anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, data protection, and trade compliance).

  • Collaborate with key T.EN stakeholders to build partnerships and foster a strong O&C culture (this will include presenting and reporting regularly, as required, to the CB management teams on key O&C performance indicators, creating and disseminating tailored E&C communications and trainings, etc.).


  • Manage due diligence and valuation operations of third parties (business partners, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, business intermediaries, etc.) as well as ensure the monitoring of other transactions with E&C risks (donations, gifts, invitations, etc.).


  • Investigate, as a team leader or member of an investigation team, violations of COBC or internal requirements, in partnership with other teams and departments as appropriate.


  • As part of T.EN's risk mapping process, lead the O&C risk mapping for the CB as well as for any other part of T.EN's activities.


  • Conduct, as a leader or member of a team, Integrity Reviews.


  • Develop and implement training, communications and audit/review projects for the OC, Consulting Services and Products Business Lines, based on an E&C risk approach.


  • Participate in the refinement of the O&C program as part of T.EN's continuous improvement efforts, in collaboration with E&C experts (this would include, but is not limited to, creating new compliance controls tailored on a case-by-case basis and working with Internal Audit to monitor and evaluate the processes in place).


  • Initiate and/or support T.EN's E&C culture changes as part of continuous improvements to the E&C program.


  • Manages, as appropriate, internal and external resources (external lawyers, experts, auditors, external clients, etc.) involved in E&C matters.

About you:

We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements :
  • Education: A Master's degree in law is required
  • School: Faculty of Law or Business School
  • You have a good level of fluent English, both oral and written; Speaking another language is a plus.
  • You are rigorous and able to take initiatives and react seriously and dynamically to the demands of the profession.
  • You are a team player and have the ability to build strong relationships and interdisciplinary partnerships with all stakeholders within the organization.
  • Ideally, you will have already had previous experience in contracts (including EPC contracts, international contracts) and litigation aspects.
  • You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to interact with an audience.
  • You have a pragmatic and problem-solving mindset.
  • You are able to evolve with ease in contact with different cultures and environments.
  • You are motivated, enduring and ready to get involved for a mission in a dynamic, multi-priority and constantly changing environment.
  • You are willing to travel to visit offices or project sites, if applicable.


In order to be able to communicate easily, a fluent level of English is mandatory.
