Executive Assistant/Secretary (12 month contract)


We are working with our Oil & Gas Operator client who are looking for an experienced PA/Secretary Administrator for a 12 month maternity leave contract. Based in Kingswells outside Aberdeen, our client operates a 3/2 hybrid working model.

Candidates will support a Senior Manager in the business with diary management, arranging meetings and travel, attending and recording meetings. Act as a gatekeeper for visitors and calls. Handle invoice queries for the department and other adhoc admin support.

Candidates must have a background in providing Executive support, ideally in a larger corporate organisation, and be available for immediate start. Please note candidates should currently be based in the Aberdeen area and hold a current UK Right To Work as the role is not suitable for Visa sponsorship.
