Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to play a leading role in the design and delivery of major works to support the transformation of the electricity sector. The successful candidate will be involved in the front-end engineering phases of several assets and have the chance to be a part of a successful, personable engineering department.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with team members, customers, contractors, authorities, and other external stakeholders to understand the collaborative ideas on project challenges
• Search for innovative ideas and concepts to improve the value of project opportunities for customers
• Be involved the development of engineering standards, typical design and modelling capabilities to enhance the value of problem solving
• Provide creative, robust and competent technical solutions to support project developments that start from early concept phases through to FID
• Ensure and take priority for personal health and safety and more so the health and safety of others through the implementation of HSE requirements.

Requirements:

• Professional qualifications in Electrical or Renewable Engineering are essential
• Electrical Engineer/Electronics Engineering Degree
• Experience within the power generation industry, design and construction of power stations is desirable.
