Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate the monthly project status report, collaborating with project managers and other key contributors to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timely collection, consolidation, and validation of project data, proactively following up with contributors to meet reporting deadlines.
• Assist in drafting and refining other technical reports, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to refine complex technical information for clarity and impact.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) for document preparation, data management, and communication.
• Experience in large, complex industrial projects, with the ability to navigate multi-faceted reporting requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to managing deadlines and ensuring contributor accountability.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, especially under month-end time constraints.
• Comfortable working with senior management and executives, adapting to last-minute changes and requests with professionalism.
• Technical writing skills to support the development of reports beyond MPRs as required.
