(25days 8BH – hourly rate equivalent to ££28,683)
Hours: Mon – Fri: 8.30am - 5pm
**Hybrid role once trained ** (Monday & Friday working from home)
Duration: 12-month plus contract

- Answering approx.40 calls and emails per day
- Resolving customer issues with regards to orders
- Raising and progressing returns and invoice queries
- Dealing with root cause analysis and issue prevention.
You will also require the following:
- Ability to multi-task
- The skill to deliver a first-class customer experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Good IT skills
- Good attendance and timekeeping.
