We are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Business Partner reporting directly to our Marketing Communications Director to join our team based in Paris Nanterre La Defense, France.

Job purpose:
This role is crucial for enhancing the visibility, reputation, and profitability of the Business Lines at a company level. The Marketing Communications Business Partner will support the global Corporate Marketing and Communication strategy, ensuring that the Business Lines maintain strong visibility both internally and externally.
Reporting lines and interactions:
Hierarchical reports to: T. EN Marketing Communications Director
Key interactions (internally, externally):
Internally:
Head of Business Line and Business Line team, Communications teams, Corporate MarCom team including graphic designers. Commercial, Business Development, Tendering and Technical Lines.
Externally:
Clients, Partners, Vendors and Agencies as needed.

About the mission we offer you:
Marketing
- In collaboration with the Corporate Marketing Communications Director and Business Line SVP, develop and execute integrated marketing programs, initiatives, and promotional content for BL globally.
- Schedule and oversight Business Line marketing events (exhibitions, forums, conferences, webinars, workshops, etc.) and support the preparation of speakers presentations.
- Support corporate marketing and advertising campaigns (social media, trade press, etc.), and global marcom initiatives by providing content and accurate messaging.
- Work in conjunction with the key stakeholders (Business Line team, Corporate Marcom incl. Marketing Digital, Tendering, Commercial, Communications, Technical Lines and OC) to address various demands.
- Bring new ideas and concepts forward to develop innovative and effective solutions to BL business and marketing challenges.
- Oversee the creation of external marketing collateral (promotional materials, business presentations, articles, technical papers, press releases, infographics, videos, photos, etc.) that drive Business Line market presence and thought leadership.
Communication
- Support Corporate Public Relations team in media opportunities to highlight Business Line (press releases, media news, ...).
- Occasionally support Business Line internal communications activities (seminars, Viva Engage, etc.)
About you:
- +7 years of experience in Marketing and/ or Communications
- Master degree in related fields
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Strategic thinker, logical and methodical, results driven
- Strong interpersonal and presentation/influencing skills
- Customer oriented and commercial/ entrepreneurial mindset
- Out-of-the-box thinker, proactive and creative
- Excellent interpersonal and operational marketing communication skills
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and capacity to innovate while respecting international and cultural diversity
- Good business understanding and an international outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with internal clients and other key constituents
- Ability to react and respond to changing priorities and manage a diverse workload in a dynamic, fast-paced culture; self-starter, multi-task oriented
- Ability to serve and function effectively as a member of a global team
Advantageous experience:
- Experience working in a large, international business
- Experience working at the global level and managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing large projects
