Designation :- Supervisor (Onshore Scope)
Job Purpose : - Supervise operational deliverables within the assigned project from EPC phase through commissioning, start-up, and shift activities conducted in an allocated work area to achieve and maintain optimum production levels in safe manner till handover of the running facility to Asset operations through supervising/interfacing with Asset Panel Officers, Panel Operators and Field staff involved in monitoring and controlling equipment and process flows.
Key Job Accountabilities
1. Participate in the development and post-approval implementation of production procedures and practices. Conduct continuous reviews to identify potential enhancements.
2. Supervise the issuance of permit to work (PTW) system for project work in Start-up/Brownfield areas to ensure safe execution of work, participating in the development and post-approval implementation of production procedures and practices. Conduct continuous reviews to identify potential enhancements.
3. Plan, allocate and supervise the activities of subordinate staff in an allocated area to ensure operational targets are met with quality. Participate in developing manpower plans for the deployment of staff and continually monitor progress and priorities, making necessary adjustments to meet changing needs.
4. Facilitate and support offshore operational requirements to ensure alignment with design specifications. Oversee the handover process to the permanent asset, ensuring all criteria aremet.
5. Supervise the implementation of tasks to be completed prior to start-up/shutdown, working with key interfaces necessary to contribute to achieving a smooth transition from commissioning to start-up and operational readiness.
6. Support Operations Coordinator/Lead in day-to-day maintenance planning, executing the startup plan and co-ordinate all activities to ensure equipment are in optimum operating condition and that downtime is kept to a minimum.
7. Facilitate work continuity and procedural compliance through authorizing works, logging of shift activities, ensuring availability of cost-effective levels of consumables and providing shift handover briefings. Inspect and control the work execution in all respect of the procedures, specifications, safety and environmental protection.
Person Specification – Minimum Requirements
Qualification :- Completion of secondary school education (12 years) and a vocational training programme certificate.
