Location: London (Remote & On-Site)

Our client is on a mission to redefine solar installations in the UK. As they scale rapidly, they are searching for an exceptional Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the technical side of their electrical installations. This is the first senior technical hire and a crucial step in building a best-in-class in-house delivery team. Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits and customer surveys to design tailored solar system proposals
  • Lead and execute solar electrical installations for residential and commercial customers
  • Source and select top-quality solar equipment, negotiating with suppliers
  • Develop scalable operations to enable rapid business expansion
  • Utilise and enhance in-house remote monitoring systems for customer support
  • Drive continuous improvements in operations, technology, and customer experience
What We’re Looking For:Essential:
  • Level 3 Electrical Installation / NVQ 3 or equivalent
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certification
  • Experience with Solar PV and Battery Systems preferred
  • Comfortable working on commercial and residential rooftops
Bonus Points For:
  • G99/G100 application experience
  • ECS/JIB Gold Card
