We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer reporting directly to Industrial Plant Engineering Head to join our team based in Italy.

About the mission we offer you:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Prepare project technical specifications in alignment with Project/Client requirements
- Ensure compliance with Project quality and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) objectives
- Provide appropriate reporting on assigned engineering/requisitioning activities to the Lead Electrical Engineer or Team Leader
- Collaborate and interface with other discipline engineers.
- Prepare and/or review technical documents such as:
- Perform power system studies (e.g., short circuit, load flow, motor starting, arc flash, harmonic analysis) using ETAP or equivalent software
- Conduct calculations for main electrical equipment sizing, including UPS sizing, cable sizing, lighting systems, grounding and lightning systems and heat tracing systems
- Prepare Electrical Equipment Material Requisitions and Data Sheets
- Ensure effective communication with vendors and provide technical follow-up for orders
- Review vendor drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements, review vendor bids and prepare Technical Bid Evaluations
- Work will be periodically reviewed by the Electrical Senior Specialist or Team Leader to ensure objectives are met
Work will be periodically reviewed by the Electrical Senior Specialist or Team Leader to verify the achievement of objectives. You will progressively be assigned tasks of increasing complexity and with more interfaces. You will also have the opportunity to go on business trips to attend technical meetings with clients or suppliers and visit vendor workshops. Occasionally, you may have the chance to follow up on engineering activities related to the Electrical discipline directly at our sites, supporting erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities.

- Languages: Fluent in English
