For our Client, an international BESS development company, we are currently seeking for an electrical engineer to take responsibility for engineering and construction of Utility-Scale BESS projects in Poland.

Our client has a growing portfolio of BESS projects with capacities ranging from 10 up to 20 MW with soon-to-be-obtained RTB stage. Plan is to start construction of first BESS projects in second part of 2025. First project will take place in Warsaw.


In this role you will:

• Take charge of construction of utility-scale BESS projects
• Prepare, coordinate and manage construction of BESS projects 
• Be responsible for BESS engineering aspects in polish division of company
• Manage schedules, subcontractors and all relevant stakeholders and procfesses regarding execution of BESS portfolio

Ideal candidate should have:

• Bulding license in electrical specialization 
• Experience within DC engineering
• Experience as site manager
• Project Management experience and skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to grow with the company
• English language is a must
