Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production and process equipment including separators, pumps, compressors, and valves
• Monitor field operations and report any irregularities or faults
• Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures
• Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed
• Record production data, equipment readings, and report daily activities
• Support shutdowns, startups, and emergency response procedures
• Coordinate with control room operators, maintenance teams, and engineers

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field operations within the Oil & Gas industry
• Strong knowledge of oilfield production systems and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and operating procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Physically fit and willing to work in field conditions
• Open to all nationalities
