Location: Houston, TX
Pay:$18-$29/hr DOE
Schedule: 2nd shift. 60 hours a week.

Overview:

• Performs a variety of routine and complex tasks including setup, troubleshooting, repair, predictive and preventive maintenance schedules, and improvement of all production equipment. 

Major Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair on the following machines/equipment: Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical systems for CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Manual Mills, Manual Lathes, Mold Injection machines, Steam Boilers, Autoclaves, Spray Systems, Sandblasters, and various Forklifts.
• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Dismantles defective machines/equipment to detect malfunction.
• Keeps accurate records of documents in company databases.
• Understands the use of power tools and pipe threading machines.
• Reads basic drawings, electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Properly uses and cares for equipment.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of related experience repairing CNC Machines, Manual Machines and Sandblaster Machines.
• Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in Manufacturing.

• Basic math skills
