🔸Engineering Degree or Masters preferably in chemical engineering.

🔸Minimum 15 years' experience of which: 12 years general upstream oil and gas experience; 3 years Safety Engineering and technical integrity experience in a oil and gas organization. Familiar with safety engineering industry standards and guidelines.

🔸Engineer is recommended to be Functional Safety certified and HAZOP Leader.

🔸Knowledge of scenario-based risk assessment or QRA, FERA, SECE identification, performance standards, bowtie and safety barrier development inline with IOGP standards

🔸Knowledge or experience with agile development and with UX/User Center Design principles
