Job Purpose
Provides comprehensive administrative and reporting support, primarily focusing on post-award contract activities. Ensures accurate documentation, data management, and adherence to company standards for efficient departmental operations.
Key Job Accountabilities

Database Management

Review and maintain databases to ensure data reliability, accuracy, and quality.

SAP and Corporate System Updates

Organize, analyze, update, and retrieve data from SAP and other corporate systems, ensuring all records are current and accurate.

Vendor Documentation Verification

Verify and validate vendor field/service tickets and associated charges for accuracy and compliance.

Post-Award Contract Support
-
Support post-award activities, ensuring contract documentation is properly controlled and aligned with company standards.

Report and Presentation Preparation

Compile and prepare complex data sets to generate insightful reports and presentations as required.

Problem Solving and Information Processing

Resolve business process issues proactively and serve as a reference point for process precedents and departmental practices.

Data Management System Oversight

Develop and maintain data management systems for technical, contractual, and organizational project data, with an emphasis on criticality and sensitivity.

Division Support

Provide technical assistance and act as the focal point for the Division Manager and the broader division.

Qualifications
-
Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration or Accounting.
Knowledge and/or Experience
-
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the oil and gas industry.
Technical and Business Skills

Proficient in written and spoken English.

Advanced computer literacy, including:

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access
