We are seeking a Junior Mobility Specialist who will perform the following duties:

  • Assist in coordinating international employee transfers (expatriates, temporary assignments, permanent transfers, etc.).
  • Prepare and review contracts related to international assignments, ensuring they comply with internal policies and local regulations.
  • Assist in planning and executing relocation processes, including logistics, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Work with external vendors such as relocation agencies, immigration consultants, transportation companies, housing services, etc.
  • Monitor the quality of services provided by vendors and ensure they meet established standards.
  • Assist in obtaining visas, work permits, and other documents required for international assignments.
  • Ensure employees comply with the legal and immigration regulations of the destination country.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation related to international mobility.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees during international mobility processes, answering questions and providing guidance.
  • Provide information on mobility policies, benefits, and legal aspects related to international assignments.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in international relations, logistics, international trade, or related fields.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in international environments, performing duties aligned with the position.
  • B2 English, native Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
  • Eagerness to integrate into a multicultural and diverse environment, where you will constantly learn and develop your talents.
