looking for a COATINGS EXECUTION SUPERVISOR H/F .
This position is located OFFSHORE on ERHA FPSO in ROTATIONAL MODE 4x4.
The Coatings Execution Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of integrity restoration programs onboard Erha FPSO (Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading) facility.
This position is responsible for delivery of coatings program execution for structures, vessels and piping, oversight for quality assurance, and third party contractor management.
This role involves acting as the client rep onboard and managing multiple vendors to maximize productivity of crews; deliver high-quality integrity services; enforcing contract terms and business controls; ensuring compliance with company and industry standards, and regulations; and collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices.
This role ensures the integrity and longevity of the facility's structures and equipment through effective maintenance strategies, compliance with safety standards, and efficient resource management.
We are primarily looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following skills:
Technical diploma or equivalent experience
10+ years' experience in fabric maintenance execution, integrity engineering or equivalent
Proficiency in maintenance planning software
In-depth knowledge of offshore integrity practices, safety regulations, and industry standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and senior management.
Experience in team management
Supervisory role within brownfield coatings campaign
Specialized qualification in coatings inspection and QAQC
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
