The service holder shall manage and coordinate production activities at a gas treatment facility, promoting a strong HSE culture, ensuring operational excellence, and optimizing process performance to maximize production outputs (gas, LPG, and condensate) while maintaining product quality standards.
The role involves the supervision of multi-disciplinary teams, budget planning and monitoring, implementation of process improvements, management of reporting activities, and active contribution to plant upgrade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety initiatives (permit to work system, isolations, audits, toolbox talks, incident analysis).

• Manage day-to-day production operations, workforce planning, and scheduling.

• Optimize production processes to enhance recovery rates and product quality.

• Supervise laboratory operations for product quality analysis.

• Interface with official entities regarding production metrics and product quality.

• Prepare and manage operating budgets and investment plans.

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and international standards.

• Participate in engineering studies and oversee plant upgrade works.

• Support the development and technical growth of the local team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Qualified engineer in Oil & Gas, Process Engineering, or Industrial Operations.

• Strong experience in production operations within gas/oil processing facilities.

• Extensive knowledge of HSE practices and operational excellence strategies.

• Proficiency with standard office tools and operational reporting systems.

• Fluent in French and english

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in production operations management in the Oil & Gas sector.

• Strong experience with operational coordination, HSE compliance, team leadership, and budgetary management.

• Demonstrated success in optimizing production processes and managing technical projects.
