The service holder shall manage and coordinate production activities at a gas treatment facility, promoting a strong HSE culture, ensuring operational excellence, and optimizing process performance to maximize production outputs (gas, LPG, and condensate) while maintaining product quality standards.
The role involves the supervision of multi-disciplinary teams, budget planning and monitoring, implementation of process improvements, management of reporting activities, and active contribution to plant upgrade projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead safety initiatives (permit to work system, isolations, audits, toolbox talks, incident analysis).

Manage day-to-day production operations, workforce planning, and scheduling.

Optimize production processes to enhance recovery rates and product quality.

Supervise laboratory operations for product quality analysis.

Interface with official entities regarding production metrics and product quality.

Prepare and manage operating budgets and investment plans.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and international standards.

Participate in engineering studies and oversee plant upgrade works.

Support the development and technical growth of the local team.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Qualified engineer in Oil & Gas, Process Engineering, or Industrial Operations.

Strong experience in production operations within gas/oil processing facilities.

Extensive knowledge of HSE practices and operational excellence strategies.

Proficiency with standard office tools and operational reporting systems.

Fluent in French and english

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Professional Experience:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in production operations management in the Oil & Gas sector.
