Job Description: Seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabricating components for nautical products, ensuring high-quality standards and precision in every project.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components used in the manufacturing of nautical products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications.
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to identify and correct defects.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder, preferably in the nautical or marine industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in welding.
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.
