ProductionJob Description: Seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabricating components for nautical products, ensuring high-quality standards and precision in every project.

Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on various metal components used in the manufacturing of nautical products.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications.
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to identify and correct defects.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder, preferably in the nautical or marine industry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in welding.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.
