We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy Doha, Qatar for a :
Maintenance Method Data Analyst
Live and encourage an Incident Free environment and mindset. Promoting incident free values within the team and beyond.
Provide support to execution team (BaseOps, CPN/SD &FM) in backlog management.
Update and development of Maintenance Processes
Suggest organization (BaseOps, campaign, shutdown...) or master data change (periodicity, preventive task content...) to improve Maintenance backlog
Follow up with execution teams of BaseOps Opportunities Outage and ensure priorities are well addressed.
Review planning achievement against plan and efficiency against available manpower and propose improvement.
Analyze KPI issued from Maintenance Management System
Regularly review and provide input into Preventative Maintenance Strategies to improve quality and optimize delivery.
Ensures that the Maintenance and Inspection team have full visibility of all available workload and execution achieved.
Ensures that the weekly Maintenance and Inspection meetings regarding KPI's is updated and analyzed as required.
Support at the SECE dashboard follow up and reporting.
Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
