Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering design and execution for offshore scopes including WHTs, subsea cables, piping, and B/F.

Coordinate across disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural, etc.) to ensure integrated project delivery.

Ensure engineering deliverables meet project specifications, industry codes, and client expectations.

Review and approve design documents, technical reports, and engineering studies.

Interface with construction, procurement, QA/QC, and offshore execution teams.

Support risk assessments, constructability reviews, and engineering change management.

Guide and mentor engineering staff and ensure knowledge sharing across the team.

Maintain alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 20 years of engineering experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on offshore projects.

Strong technical knowledge of WHTs, subsea infrastructure, piping systems, and B/Fs.

Proven leadership experience in managing multi-discipline engineering teams.

Familiar with international design codes and offshore standards (e.g., API, DNV, ASME).

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).

Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET) preferred.
