About The Job
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT hardware and software.
- Support the IT team in the setup and configuration of computer systems and networks.
- Document IT procedures and create user guides.
- Participate in IT projects and assignments as needed.
- Conduct research and recommend solutions for technical improvements.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
