Job Purpose
Manage day-to-day operational activities at the QFAB Site and Subcontractor scope for NFXP Topsides, Pipelines and STP Project fabrication up to load-out and sail away to ensure objectives are safely met within the approved scope, budget and schedule meeting the applicable quality standards.

Job Context & Major Challenge(s)
Manage all construction site activities in QFAB for Topsides, Pipelines, STPs and Cables, to ensure the technical objectives are completed safely.
Manage all subcontractors for Topsides, Pipelines & STPs for QFAB.
Accountable for Topsides & STP construction and sail away in Fabrication Yard 2 for the project.
Interfaces with various project teams and departments on resolving related issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility and an ability to induce collaboration.

Key Job Accountabilities
1. Assure safety on QFAB construction site and implement the safety observations monitoring and reporting .Also, Direct the construction team and motivate the team to achieve targets defined by the project management accordance with project deliverables and approved execution schedule.
2. Evaluate, plan and assess all construction, liftings and load-out activities of the Project, to ensure the technical objectives are achieved safely whilst maintaining the quality, budget and schedule. Moreover, Coordinate site activities and provide counselling in regard to technical support required from the contractor in terms of quality, safety, planning and engineering. Facilitate resolution of technical and operational challenges that may impact execution.
3. Review, appraise and implement Contractor construction plan to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, industry standards, project specifications and any approved variations. Apprise the performance of the Contractors. Furthermore, ensure Contractor construction and load out documents and other submissions are reviewed in a timely reviewed and approved in accordance with the EPC contract requirements.
4. Review and determine the construction aspects risk and implement mitigation plan. Monitor the progress of mitigation plan and report to leadership. Review all offshore construction changes, including justification for cost and schedule impacts, in accordance with the PMOC procedure. In addition, Facilitate knowledge sharing by capturing and communicating lessons learned to support review teams and future projects.
5. Oversee and manage the performance of all subcontractors on site to ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
6. Attend and lead weekly coordination meetings with Contractor and all subcontractors to review progress, align expectations, and address any deviations or issues.
7. Identify, assess, and communicate execution-related risks and issues in a timely manner to the direct line manager and maintain the risk register for the yard.
8. Coordinate with planning, quality, safety, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of all construction activities.
9. Monitor daily progress and prepare weekly reports highlighting key achievements, delays, and areas of concern.
10. Drive continuous improvement and ensure the site execution team adheres to best practices and company policies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or Engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience
10 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.Experience with EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry.
Experience with contractors in particular those involved in the construction of Offshore LNG production facilities.
Application and in-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working knowledge of Industry standards.
Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
Broad knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as
applicable to the project scope.
Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, onshore facilities, or yard operations as applicable to a project scope.
Good knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
Proven track record of Project delivery in the industry and managing EPC contractors and sub-contractors.
Excellent track record in construction safety results.
