We have a current opportunity for a Production Supervisor on a permanent basis.
The position will be based in the North West of Washington State, with a leading renewables manufacturing company.
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Salary: $78,000–$85,000 annually up to 10% bonus
Position Summary
The Production Supervisor oversees daily shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team performance. This role supports staff development, monitors equipment and material availability, and drives continuous improvement across production lines.

Position Summary
The Production Supervisor oversees daily shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team performance. This role supports staff development, monitors equipment and material availability, and drives continuous improvement across production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and enforce safety protocols.
- Train and support staff on work instructions and best practices.
- Monitor product quality and report non-conformities.
- Perform quality checks and maintain product traceability using data systems.
- Manage raw material levels and coordinate resupply as needed.
- Collaborate with Maintenance to resolve equipment issues.
- Lead shift handovers, sharing key updates and resolutions.
- Escalate production, quality, or staffing concerns to the Production Manager.
- Suggest process improvements to increase yield and uptime.
- Substitute for absent production staff as needed.
- Foster a cooperative team environment and support cross-team collaboration.
- Communicate company updates and goals to shift team.
- Meet production targets and support organizational efficiency initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of production experience Familiarity with production standards, budgeting, and process improvement
Preferred
- 5 years as a production supervisor in manufacturing
- Experience with production planning and ERP/MRP systems
