We are currently seeking an Operations & Maintenance Platform Architect, reporting directly to O&M Platform Domain Managerto join our Digital for Business Lines team based in Nanterre, France

About the opportunity we offer:

Operations & Maintenance Platform Architect would be in charge of:

• Lead the architecture and design of the O&M platform.
• Ensure the platform's scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with IT, Business Lines and clients to align platform capabilities with business needs.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and ensure the platform meets the needs of O&M products.
• Host and manage O&M products on the platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient deployment and maintenance of O&M products.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the platform to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to platform architecture and design.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure the platform remains competitive.
• Implement best practices for platform management and maintenance.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed for platform enhancements and support.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

About you:

We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.

Work experience: Minimum of 10 years in platform architecture or a related field.

Languages: Fluent in English, French would be a plus

• Strong experience in platform architecture and design: Proven track record in designing and implementing platform architectures, particularly for Operations & Maintenance systems.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies and infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including knowledge of cloud-native services and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with IoT technologies: Familiarity with Internet of Things (IoT) platforms and devices, and the ability to integrate IoT solutions into the O&M platform.
• Knowledge of security best practices: Understanding of security principles and practices, with the ability to implement secure solutions and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Nice to have:

• Experience with O&M systems.
• ITIL Certification
• Agile methodology: Scrum or SAFe
• Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
• Coordination of multi-discipline technical teams

Short Period travel to clients can be required.
