We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Campus to join our Human Resources team based in Nanterre, France.

Do you thrive in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, leveraging advanced assessment techniques, and influencing hiring decisions with data-driven insights? If so, were looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist Lead to join our team and play a critical role in shaping our workforce.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment process autonomously for your assigned scope, from sourcing to onboarding. Youll partner with Hiring Managers to identify and attract top-tier talent, applying advanced assessment methods and leveraging market insights to influence hiring decisions. Whether its hard-to-fill roles or graduate recruitment, youll be instrumental in delivering exceptional hiring outcomes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Role Dimensions
- Autonomous Recruitment Management: Take full ownership of the recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Multi-Stage Recruitment: Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, each at different stages of the hiring process.
- Strategic Influence: Translate Talent Acquisition (TA) topics into actionable business strategies, influencing internal processes to align with hiring goals.
Main Accountabilities
General Responsibilities
- Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment progress.
- Offer labor market insights to inform the annual hiring plan.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition network to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Job Briefing
- Proactively prepare, lead, and document job briefings with key stakeholders to define candidate personas and hiring criteria.
- Use market analysis to influence hiring decisions and shape realistic candidate profiles and development paths.
Sourcing & Screening
- Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies, including online/offline advertising, active searching, and social media engagement, to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
- Monitor and adjust sourcing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pool aligned with our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) goals.
- Screen candidates through direct engagement, assessing their ambitions and potential, and create detailed shortlists for Hiring Managers.
- Partner with international TA team members to identify cross-border hiring opportunities.
Interviewing & Offering
- Conduct development-focused interviews to assess candidates potential and align with job briefing outcomes.
- Support Hiring Managers in preparing interview questions and guide decision-making processes.
- Align with stakeholders to manage offers and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing support and transparency throughout the offer process.
