No experience / No degreeWoodside is currently seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer on a 12-month extendable contract, based in Perth CBD!
Duties & Responsibilities:

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Oversee and guide service delivery for EUC systems, including endpoint management, virtual desktops, mobile devices, software distribution, patching, and performance optimization.
- Cyber Security: Partner with security and engineering teams to identify and address vulnerabilities.
- Incident Support: Lead troubleshooting during major incidents.
- Commercial Oversight: Support vendor engagements and review scopes of work.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in EUC environments.
- Innovation: Stay current with digital workplace and M365 trends to drive improvements.
- Expertise & Coordination: Provide EUC subject matter expertise and coordinate technical resources to align with business needs.
- Collaboration: Work with technical leads and service providers to maintain and evolve EUC platforms.
- 10 years in infrastructure, 5 in enterprise SOE support.
- Proficient in AWS, Nexthink, Microsoft GenAI, 365, Azure, VMware.
- Strong technical, networking, and analytical skills.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- IT degree or diploma
- ITIL and/or Microsoft certifications
