We are currently seeking a Commissioning & Start Up Supervisor, to join our team based in Claremont, CA.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to Head of Process Engineering
Manages the CSU group, both direct & contract employees
Forecast, plan and schedule the work of the CSU group
Participation in PFD & SIL reviews
Reviews piping and instrument diagrams for operability and safety.
Development of pressure test packages
Development of Operator Training materials with Process team
Development of Design & Operating Manuals
Conduct plant inspections to ensure compliance with licensed process design package.
Provide CSU services to clients and ensure strict adherence to the budget.
Provide man-hour and expense budgets for proposals.
Provide and monitor CSU group budget during projects.
Provide CSU manpower and monitor performance during projects.
Coordinate & participate on site to commissioning and start-up activities

QUALIFICATIONS
- B.S. in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Fifteen years experience including a minimum of ten years field start-up / operating experience.
- Minimum of five years supervisory experience.

- Base Salary: $173,700 - $187,600
