We are looking for a Commissioning and Start-up Process for one of our clients with the following details:
Start of Home Office: January 2025
End of Home Office: August 2026 (provisional)
Start of site execution: August 2026 (forecast)
End of site execution: September 2030 (forecast)
Phase 1 - Home Office): Paris, France
Phase 2 - Execution site: Teesside, North East England (UK)
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Proven experience in commissioning, commissioning or maintenance on onshore/offshore Oil & Gas projects.
- Practical mind, critical thinking, rigor, autonomy.
- Good ability to synthesize, report and write.
Activities:
The Pre-commissioning / Commissioning & Commissioning Support Technician assists the commissioning team in preparation activities (from the design office) and, potentially, during on-site execution for the NZT NEP project. He/she reports to the Process Commissioning Manager.
Responsibilities - Design Office activities (Paris):
- Ensure quality, compliance with the PCCSU schedule, budget and contractual requirements.
- Prepare technical commissioning documentation (files, plans, lists of tools, consumables, etc.).
- Analyse supplier documentation to establish the list of spare parts, consumables, chemicals.
- Participate in the systemization of systems on PIDs and in the management of the equipment numbering system.
- Participate in the writing and verification of commissioning test sheets.
- Work with the chemical supplier to validate procedures.
- Ensure regular technical reporting to the Process Lead.
Responsibilities - On-site activities (Teesside):
- Depending on the needs of the project, integration possible with:
- Preservation Team
- Materiel Management Team
- Execution commissioning team
Software:
- MS Office, PDF / Bluebeam, 3D tools. Knowledge of completion tools (Icaps, Easyplant...) a plus.
