About the Job
Manage engineering activities for medium to large (> $1B USD) size projects. Accountable for the delivery of engineering and design of an entire facility or portions of it, in accordance with Companys QHSES corporate policies, contractual commitments, construction needs, schedule and budget.

About the Job
Manage engineering activities for medium to large (> $1B USD) size projects. Accountable for the delivery of engineering and design of an entire facility or portions of it, in accordance with Companys QHSES corporate policies, contractual commitments, construction needs, schedule and budget.
Main Accountabilities:
- Represent the company towards clients, partners, subcontractors, vendors and third parties for technical subjects and may contribute to business development initiatives/ He/she supports engineering and process/HSED disciplines in front of clients, partners, subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure technical project execution within time and budget, according to selected strategy, monitoring compliance with QHSES requirements, contractual commitments and ESG roadmap.
- Define engineering execution plan for the project and ensure timely approval of engineering deliverables from the client, as well as timely technical and economical definition of change orders and/or claims.
- Contribute to schedule preparation, actively control schedule execution and propose corrective actions when needed. He/she shall ensure timely internal and external reporting on engineering activities to the project manager and client.
- Contribute to development of manhours for proposals. He/she shall validate optimized technical/economical solutions proposed by engineering and process/HSED disciplines as necessary.
- Ensures coordination among engineering disciplines and with procurement, construction, vendors, licensors, and partners. He/she ensures timely review/issue of subcontracting documents.
- Contribute to defining and coordinating the permitting process with local authorities to obtain approval on engineering documents. He/she shall promote lessons learned on the project by ensuring continuous collection and sharing with the larger population.
- Critically review interfaces between disciplines and/or project stakeholders. He/she deals with both technical, economic and scheduling aspects of project change orders.

About You

- Engineering degree in relevant disciplines
- Previous experience of working as project engineering manager or Project managers on projects, including experience in site construction activities
- Proven managerial skills (project team and individuals)
- Construction experience is a plus
- Should be able to work in the US without any sponsorships
