What kind of organization will you join as Operation Superintendent?
We are looking for an Operation Superintendent on behalf of one of our clients in the petrochemical industry. The position will be based initially in France, then in Turkey, as part of a large-scale industrial project.
Operation Superintendent – What will your missions and responsibilities be?
Define the site’s operations philosophy: objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting processes.
Determine the scope of operational services: control room, chemical injection, sampling, laboratory, subcontractor coordination, storage, and tooling.
Perform operational risk assessments and implement prevention and mitigation measures.
Prepare the annual operations budget, in coordination with the Maintenance, Inspection, Planning, and Procurement teams.
Supervise the operability review of all engineering documentation to ensure the future performance of the facilities.
What profile and skills are required for this Operation Superintendent position?
Education:
Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process or Mechanical). Additional certification in operations management or process safety would be a plus.
Experience:
At least 10 years of experience as Operations or Production Supervisor/Manager in petrochemical or Oil & Gas facilities. Experience with PDH / PP processes would be highly appreciated.
Skills:
Strong command of operations management systems, process safety, and performance tools.
Demonstrated leadership, organizational abilities, and effective communication skills.
Experience in multicultural environments and knowledge of international standards (API, ISO).
Professional proficiency in English (minimum C1) and fluent French.
