An established and innovative manufacturing company is seeking an Environmental Specialist to join its team at a Texas-based facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in implementing and supporting a robust Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) program aimed at achieving Goal Zero — ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and implement the company’s HSE strategy across the facility
• Ensure full compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and internal standards
• Promote a strong environmental safety culture and help drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide environmental expertise and guidance to operations teams

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in environmental compliance or health & safety within a manufacturing, chemical, or industrial setting
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams
