We are looking for a Prevention and Coordination of Works Service for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: 69360 Solaize, France

Planned Start Date: 01 August 2025

Estimated duration of the mission: + 6 months

Qualification and Experience Required:

• HSE

Objectives and deliverables

Site Supervision and Field Presence

• Must ensure a presence in the field corresponding to at least 80% of the time spent on site. This is to ensure that the rules put in place with the various stakeholders are respected.

The following will be integrated into his or her field presence time:

• The necessary checks before the validation as HSE of special permits (fire permits, consignment / deconsignment, confined spaces, excavation permits, etc.).
• Completion of the "Life Saving Checks" in connection with the company's life-threatening work.
• Verification of the VGP of the various machines that enter the site.
• The control that the work by hot spots is stopped in sufficient time before the departure of the site of the company involved and especially its departure from the site (at least one hour before).
• Carrying out site compliance audits (with an audit grid proposed by company)

Feedback

• Will have to report the anomalies observed on a daily basis and the immediate corrective actions taken (relating to a site or not). The contractor's principal, the HSE referent and the head of the HSE department must be the recipients of these information statements. These anomalies will be recorded in a handrail whose location is known by the protagonists mentioned above.
