The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. This includes sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience.

Minimum Qualifications for this position is a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related disciplines

Experience in high-volume recruitment is a plus.
Strong experience leading Below:
-Talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans,
-Workforce Planning, OD, JD, JE
-Talent Mobility
