Key Responsibilities:
• Drive overall revenue for the Hai Phong territory 
• Prospect and win new industrial accounts (B2B) 
• Analyze client operations to design custom protective-packaging programs 
• Nurture long-term partnerships and ensure high service levels 
• Coordinate closely with engineering and both local / international commercial teams 
• Maintain a healthy opportunity funnel and deliver regular performance updates 
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ success in B2B selling; exposure to packaging or related industries strongly preferred 
• University qualification in Business, Engineering, Packaging or similar field 
• Proven track record with multinational or large-scale customers 
• Solid project-management capabilities and persuasive communication skills 
• Mandarin proficiency desirable 
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and focused on measurable outcomes 
• Ability to travel throughout Northern Vietnam as needed
