We are currently seeking a Proposal Engineer I, to join our team based in Barcelona, España.

Your main tasks will be:

1. Develop Technical and Commercial Proposals

2. Cost Estimation and Budget Preparation

3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

4. Analyze Client Tender Documents

5. Ensure Documentation Accuracy

About you:

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
• 0-2 years of experience in proposal preparation, cost estimation, or related roles within the energy, oil & gas, or engineering industries.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, cost estimation techniques, and project management processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required; knowledge of specialized software (e.g., Primavera, SAP) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.
