We are currently seeking a Intern, Total Rewards, to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.
Successful candidate would be employed on 6 months internship. (Please mention internship start date, end date and duration on your resume)

Main Accountabilities
- Support the team in preparing HR budget and headcount documentation.
- Assist in data collection and analysis for salary reviews, workforce reports, and cost tracking.
- Help monitor employee data accuracy within HR systems.
- Contribute to benchmarking exercises and market surveys.
- Support ongoing projects related to compensation policies and benefit programs.
- Participate in creating reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
About you:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Able to commit for at least 6 months.
