🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely job deliverables.

Execute service delivery and identify improvement opportunities.

Conduct job risk analysis and support continual improvement initiatives.

Assist Technical Engineers in implementing programs and technical bids.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards using tools like CAT, self-assessments, and inspections.

Lead service quality meetings and implement action plans.

Actively participate in HSE and Quality programs.

Follow all HSE policies, including wearing PPE and maintaining safety training.

Provide support to Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers as needed.
