Role Overview
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ rules and requirements, promoting a strong safety culture within the project.
- Manage and control document workflows, including uploading and organizing project documents in EDMS (New Prodom).
- Work with anticipation to identify and mitigate risks for PBF activities.
- Promote digitalization and innovation while seeking optimization and cost savings.
- Keep all parties informed of ongoing activities and advise Project Managers on HSEQ related actions.
- Assist with the deployment and coordination of SPIDER whenever required.
- Provide support and training to project newcomers on New Prodom.
- Act as a replacement for the PBF Information and Document management Leader when absent.
Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team.
- Experience with Document Control, preferably using Prodom.
- Knowledge of HSEQ rules and regulations, with a strong focus on safety.
- Familiarity with state of the art, TEPA referential, and local rules/laws.
- Ability to work with digital tools and promote digitalization and innovation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with anticipation to identify and mitigate risks.
- Cost-conscious mindset, with a focus on optimization and savings without compromising QHSE objectives.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Certifications in Document Control or HSEQ advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy industry.
