Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspection Contract Administrator with a strong background in managing contracts within a refinery setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and administering inspection contracts to ensure compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer inspection contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to schedule and oversee inspection activities.
- Review and approve contractor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain detailed records of contracts, inspections, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor contractor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and present reports on contract status and inspection outcomes to management.
- Provide support and guidance on contract-related matters to internal teams and contractors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract administration within a refinery or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of contract law and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using contract management software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a related field.
- Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM).
- Experience with risk-based inspection (RBI) methodologies.
