Job Title: Registered Migration Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and advise on Standard Business Sponsorships, Temporary Activity Sponsorships, and DAMA Agreements.
• Handle visa applications, including Temporary Skills Shortage (Subclass 482), Short Term Temporary Work Visa (Subclass 400), and Employer Nomination Scheme (Subclass 186).
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with Australian migration laws and policies.
• Provide tailored advice to clients, ensuring smooth and successful visa application processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in immigration legislation and policy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Migration Agent with a current MARA registration.
• Strong understanding of relevant visa subclasses and sponsorship processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
