We are looking for two Records Analyst to help us process our acquisition records for both physical and electronic formats.
One position will focus on handling well records, while the other will concentrate on engineering records.

We are looking for two Records Analyst to help us process our acquisition records for both physical and electronic formats.
One position will focus on handling well records, while the other will concentrate on engineering records.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review content of acquisition records for both electronic and physical formats and assign proper classification.
- Organize collections of documents including drawings, specifications, and other engineering documents to be sent to offsite storage.
- Transfer large amounts of electronic data to required repositories based on content analysis.
- Apply correct naming conventions and metadata.
- Regular use of computers, technology and software/applications including Microsoft Excel, Documentum, Gimmal, Adobe Acrobat and TreeSize.
Experience required:
- 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Industry and/or experience in Records Management
- Ability to differentiate various types of records belonging to multiple departments including Wells, Facilities, Safety, Environment and Exploitation.
- Experience working with Electronic Records Management systems.
- Experience working with Documentum an asset.
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility, and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Medium level in Excel
- Ability to lift and move physical records boxes (up to 35 lbs)
